Alurious provides AI-powered companion experiences delivered via phone call. All companions — Aurora, Riva, Maya, Vivienne, and any others — are entirely artificial intelligence. They are not real people. Their voices, personalities, memories, and responses are generated by AI systems. No real individual is represented or implied.
Responses are generated dynamically and may vary. We make no guarantee of specific behavior, tone, or content on any individual call.
Alurious is a subscription service billed monthly. Payment is processed by CCBill, a third-party payment processor. Your statement will show a discreet descriptor — we will update this section with the exact descriptor once confirmed with CCBill.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through that date.

The service is provided as-is. Alurious makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, its availability, or its fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from your companion by submitting your number with the consent box checked on alurious.com, or by requesting messages during a voice call. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
